Sandy Thibodeaux was a great help in finding our perfect home. Because of our work schedule, we were only able to view homes on the weekends and during the evening. Sandy made an extra effort to meet us on very short notice even on Sunday. Sandy was also able to get us extra money in the sale by negotiating for repairs and other costs we had during closing. While I was working my typical 9-5 job hours, it was great knowing that someone like Sandy was working in the background foir my interest. Sandy kept in contact with me to let me know the status of the sale and to let me know everything that was going on. If I ever needed to ask her a question, it was very easy to get in touch with her. I have had a good home buying experience with Sandy Thibodeaux and I would recommend her to my friends and family. I wish the very best for her.
